Role Description
We are seeking experienced Flat Rate Technicians for a full-time, on-site position located in Hillsboro, OR. In this role, you will perform vehicle diagnostics, routine maintenance, and complex repairs in compliance with OEM standards. Responsibilities include assessing vehicle concerns, repairing parts and systems, and ensuring the highest level of safety and quality in every job. Collaboration with service advisors and other technicians to provide excellent customer service is a vital part of the role.
Qualifications
- Technical skills in diagnosing and repairing vehicle systems such as engines, transmissions, and electrical components
- Proficiency in routine maintenance tasks including oil changes, brake services, and tire rotations
- Experience with using diagnostic tools and interpreting diagnostic codes
- Ability to follow OEM repair standards and adhere to safety protocols
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Capability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- ASE Certification or equivalent automotive certifications preferred
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
