In this role, you will oversee the full cycle of accounts payable, including invoice processing, vendor reconciliation, and weekly check runs. Key Responsibilities
- Verify approvals and coding for all incoming invoices
- Match delivery receipts to corresponding invoices and purchase orders
- Process and enter 250 invoices weekly
- Prepare and process weekly check runs for multiple companies
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
- Research and resolve vendor inquiries in a timely manner
- Audit and verify employee expense reports
- Assist with special projects as assigned
Qualifications
Education/Experience
- High School diploma or GED required
- Minimum 5 years of accounts payable or related accounting experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Familiarity with Macola Progression a plus
- Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
