We're looking for a dedicated and experienced Production Supervisor to lead daily operations across our production facilities. This role is ideal for a strong leader with a background in food manufacturing who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
The Production Supervisor will oversee production teams, ensuring safety, product quality, efficiency, and compliance with all food safety and regulatory standards. This position is a key player in driving performance, fostering teamwork, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
What You'll Do:

Lead and supervise production teams to meet daily targets and schedules.

Ensure compliance with FDA, USDA, SQF, HACCP, and GMP standards.

Promote a culture of safety and accountability across both production buildings.

Monitor production metrics (yield, downtime, efficiency, waste) and identify improvement opportunities.

Partner with QA, Maintenance, Sanitation, and Warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations.

Train, coach, and develop employees to support growth and performance.

Enforce company policies and ensure consistent application of standards.
What We're Looking For:

5 years of supervisory experience in food manufacturing or related production environment.

Strong understanding of food safety, HACCP, and manufacturing best practices.

Knowledge of KPIs/OEE and process improvement methods (Lean, Six Sigma preferred).

Excellent communication and leadership skills; bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.

Comfortable working in a cold, fast-paced environment (38-45°F).

Must be available to work Sundays and flexible hours as needed.
Education & Skills:

High School Diploma or GED required; Associate/Bachelor's degree preferred.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); Business Central experience a plus.

Strong analytical, critical thinking, and organizational skills.
