Duties
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive lead generation and territory management strategies
- Conduct in-depth product demonstrations and technical sales presentations to educate clients on roofing options and benefits
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, managing accounts to ensure ongoing satisfaction and repeat business
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and project scope to secure profitable deals while meeting customer needs
- Utilize CRM software such as RoofR to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data for strategic planning
- Perform cold calling, inside sales activities, and direct outreach to expand the client base within assigned territories
Qualifications
- Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technical sales within the roofing or construction industry preferred
- Strong management skills with the ability to oversee territory sales operations effectively
- Demonstrated success in business development, lead generation, and account management
- Familiarity with CRM software such as RoofR or similar platforms for tracking sales activities
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer service skills to foster lasting client relationships
- Ability to perform product demos, analyze market trends, and upsell additional services or products
- Experience with territory management, cold calling, and inside sales strategies is highly desirable
