The Role
As a Sales Representative, you will generate business through neighborhood canvassing while helping homeowners identify roof and exterior damage.
We combine canvassing with thousands of warm leads generated through marketing, referrals, and existing customers.
Responsibilities include:
• Neighborhood canvassing to connect with homeowners
• Educating homeowners about roof and exterior damage
• Scheduling and performing roof inspections
• Guiding homeowners through the insurance claims process
• Managing customer relationships from inspection to project completion
Compensation
• 1099 independent contractor position
• Uncapped commission structure
• Typical earnings $80,000–$200,000
• Paid Weekly (Every Friday)
• Monthly performance bonuses
• Bi-annual 30% production bonus

• Availability Monday–Friday (11 AM to dusk) with optional Saturdays
Salary : $90,000 - $150,000
