This Human Resources Generalist role supports a growing operation where HR is taking shape. You’ll work closely with off-site senior HR leadership as the on-the-ground presence—learning the operation, building relationships, and helping bring clarity where it’s needed. Over time, this role is expected to grow into owning HR at the site level.
Where you’ll start:
ADP Workforce Now is being implemented, with payroll transitioning internally. That needs to be clean, accurate, and working. After that, you'll use your HR savvy to begin to build the future. You don’t need to have everything figured out on day one. But you should be someone who naturally starts forming a point of view—someone who can look at an operation, ask good questions, and understand where attention is needed. You’ll be a resource for employees and supervisors day to day. And a reliable voice back to leadership on what’s actually happening on the ground.
