What are the responsibilities and job description for the Team Lead at a Residential Assisted living position at Royal Crown Homes LLC?
Royal Crown Homes LLC provides assisted living services to its residents in Burnsville, MN 55337. Hours are divided between administrative duties and direct care duties.

Job Duties: Assists the program manager and work directly with the person(s) served but is also responsible for maintaining the overall operations of the RCH residence which includes but is not limited to;
Person(s) served management
- Ensure the safety and well-being of the person(s) served at all times.
- Understand the needs, goals, and programs of each person served - assist them in reaching these goals.
- Administer and order medication.
- Maintain and track person served finances.
- Arrange appointments and referrals.
- Transport person(s) served.
House management
- Follow all state regulations.
- Ensure the house is always meeting licensing requirements. Such as Food code
- Assist with grocery shopping
- On call duties one week/month
- Assist with shift coverage PRN
Staff management
- Evaluate staff schedules.
- New hire training
- Assist with performance evaluation
Administrative
- Develop/maintain communication with case managers, social workers, families, guardians, doctors, supervisors, and direct staff.
- Maintain confidentiality and follow all HIPAA guidelines.
- Time management skills and ability to delegate.
- Documentation/Filing promptly per RCH guidelines.
Requirements:
Experience
- Direct Support Staff (1-2 years preferred ).
- Leadership (preferred 1 years ).
- Microsoft Word (Required)
- Must be 18 and pass DHS background
Valid drivers license along with Driving Report Check
- Driving report must be free of any major violations that would make you ineligible to be added to our auto insurance.
