Sales Representatives distribute free samples of our superior milk products, which ensure their ability to represent our claim that "It just tastes better….naturally!"
For over 90 years, we have delivered milk and food products to Colorado homes along the front range. Our dedicated Outside Sales Reps are the initial point of contact for residential customers signing up for delivery service of our extensive selection of quality products. We are seeking individuals with a clean 3 year driving record (less than 6 pts.), neat appearance, positive communication skills, and a desire to meet and talk with people about a product that 85% of the population is already purchasing!
As an Outside Sales Rep, you must be driven to excel, as this is largely a commissioned environment. You must be proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.
Bi-lingual is a plus!
Position Details:
•Royal Crest is looking for energetic people who want to be paid for what they produce. We offer a realistic opportunity to earn $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 , with a generous paid-training program for the first three months. After that, there is a structured, base pay, plus lucrative commissions.
•Our Sales Representatives are assigned an exclusive territory in the Southern Colorado area, where we make our home deliveries available. Special events, such as Farmer’s Markets, and other venues, will often be on week-ends, and we have Sales Representatives present at these functions.
