What you earn
- Paid per completed job, not hourly: 55% of each job’s price, paid weekly by direct deposit
- 100% of your tips
- You see the pay before you accept a job, and you choose which jobs you take
- Daytime work, 7 days a week, 9 a.m.–5 p.m. (weekend availability is a plus)
- Early team members get first pick of recurring homes as we grow
The hourly range shown is an estimate based on typical job times.
Services
House cleaning (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly and one-time), deep cleaning, and move-in/move-out cleaning for houses, condos, townhomes and apartments.
Requirements (please don’t apply without these)
- 2 years of residential cleaning experience
- Your own reliable transportation
- A smartphone for job details, check-ins and before-and-after photos
- Your own cleaning supplies and equipment (vacuum, mop, broom, step stool)
- General liability insurance, or willingness to get it before your first job
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
- Ability to pass a background check
