House Cleaner – Independent Contractor (1099)

Our team is expanding, and we are looking for experienced, dependable independent cleaning contractors to join our team. We provide residential and occasional commercial cleaning services throughout Broward County.
What You'll Do
- Provide high-quality residential cleaning services
- Complete standard, deep, move-in/move-out, and/or post-construction cleanings
- Follow professional cleaning and safety standards
- Bring a professional, detail-oriented approach to every property
- Communicate professionally with clients and the team
- Protect clients' homes, belongings, and privacy
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance while representing the company
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of professional residential cleaning experience
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel throughout Broward County
- Must have active liability insurance appropriate for independent cleaning work
- Must provide proof of insurance upon request
- Must have your own basic professional cleaning equipment and supplies
- Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
- Reliable, punctual, trustworthy, and professional
- Ability to work independently and complete jobs to established quality standards
- Comfortable communicating with clients
- Ability to pass a background check
- Must be authorized to work as an independent contractor in the United States
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
Independent Contractor Position
This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity, not a W-2 employee position. Contractors are responsible for their own taxes, insurance, transportation, equipment, and business expenses and are expected to maintain any required licenses, registrations, and insurance applicable to their independent business.
Cleaning assignments are offered based on client demand, service area, availability, experience, and fit. Contractors have the opportunity to accept or decline offered assignments consistent with their independent contractor status.
