About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Sales & Office Administrator to join our team. This is an in-office position responsible for supporting both sales operations and administrative functions to ensure smooth day-to-day business activities.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers over the phone and in person with professionalism and courtesy
- Create and send daily sales invoices
- Prepare customer estimates and enter estimates/invoices into QuickBooks
- Review and update pricing information as needed
- Generate and maintain accurate sales reports
- Record, classify, and track expenses in QuickBooks
- Prepare and file sales tax payments in a timely manner
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations
- Support walk-in customer service needs and follow up on client requests
- Provide administrative support to management as needed
Qualifications
- Previous experience in an office, accounting, or customer service role preferred
- Proficiency in QuickBooks
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) a plus

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
