Responsibilities
- Set up and restock the breakfast buffet
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining and service areas
- Ensure food is fresh, properly displayed, and safely handled
- Assist guests and provide basic customer service
- Clear tables and clean dishes during and after service
- Monitor inventory and report supply needs
Qualifications
- Ability to manage time effectively to ensure completion of tasks
- Knowledge of cleaning practices and procedure
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to listen effectively
