Overview
We're looking for a motivated, outgoing, and relationship-driven Field Business Development Representative to join our growing Home Care team.
In this role, you'll represent our agency throughout New York City, building relationships with healthcare professionals, community organizations, hospitals, physicians, senior centers, and referral partners to connect families with quality home care services.

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain referral relationships with hospitals, physician offices, rehabilitation facilities, social workers, case managers, senior centers, community organizations, and other healthcare professionals.
- Represent our agency at health fairs, networking events, and community outreach programs throughout NYC.
- Educate referral sources, patients, and families about our home care services, insurance coverage, Medicaid programs, and available community resources.
- Generate new patient referrals while strengthening existing referral partnerships.
- Conduct regular field visits and follow up with referral sources to maintain strong relationships.
- Track marketing activities, referral outcomes, and outreach efforts.
- Collaborate with our Intake and Clinical teams to ensure a smooth transition from referral to admission.
- Identify new business opportunities and help expand our presence throughout the five boroughs.
Requirements
- Previous experience in healthcare marketing, home care, physician liaison, business development, or community outreach preferred.
- Knowledge of Home Care, Medicaid, MLTC, Managed Care, OPWDD, CHHAs, LCHSAs, and community-based healthcare programs is a strong plus.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout all five NYC boroughs.
