Role Purpose And Objectives
The Senior Financial Analyst provides strategic financial insights, leads complex analysis, and supports planning processes to drive informed decision-making and operational efficiency across the Sales organization.
The role primarily involves standard office-based work with a typical 40-hour workweek. It requires regular collaboration with cross-functional teams across different regions, which may involve occasional virtual meetings outside of regular hours due to time zone differences. The position may require occasional extended hours during peak periods such as year-end budgeting or forecast cycles. The work environment is generally quiet and collaborative, with access to necessary technology and resources to support remote work and efficient task completion.

- Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and communicate actionable insights to

- Perform detailed variance analysis on operating expenses to identify trends and support
