This role oversees design standards, reviews drawings and specifications, and ensures that all architectural solutions align with brand guidelines, guest experience goals, safety regulations, and sustainability objectives. The Senior Manager collaborates closely with internal stakeholders, external design firms, and project teams to manage design deliverables, maintain timelines, and support project budgets. Day-to-day work includes directing design strategy, providing technical and aesthetic guidance, coordinating cross-functional input, and presenting design recommendations to leadership. The role also involves monitoring industry trends, driving innovation in architectural design, and supporting continuous improvement across the project portfolio.

Qualifications
- Demonstrated leadership experience in architectural design or related fields, including managing complex design projects and guiding multidisciplinary teams.
- Proficiency in architectural planning, concept development, and integration of guest experience, safety, and environmental considerations into design solutions.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal partners, external consultants, and senior leadership.
- Experience coordinating design documentation, reviewing technical drawings and specifications, and supporting schedule and budget adherence.
- Familiarity with relevant building codes, safety standards, and best practices in sustainable and energy-efficient design.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, or a closely related discipline; professional licensure or certification is preferred.
- Proven ability to operate in a multicultural, inclusive environment and to support a culture of integrity and ethical decision-making.
- Experience in hospitality, cruise, maritime, or large-scale commercial projects is a strong advantage.
