Architect Project Manager – Custom Residential (Miami, FL)

Miami Architectural Studio, an innovative residential design firm, is seeking a talented Architect Project Manager to join their team. This is a full-time, in-person role ideal for someone with strong design and technical skills, and the ability to take projects from concept through construction.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and manage high-end custom residential projects from schematic design through construction
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors
- Produce detailed construction documents in Revit
- Oversee the permitting process and ensure compliance with Florida Building Code and local zoning regulations
- Perform construction administration
- Collaborate with internal design and drafting teams
Requirements:
- Professional degree in Architecture, Florida architectural registration a plus
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in architecture and project management
- Demonstrated experience with construction drawings and project management for custom single-family homes
- Strong proficiency in Revit; AutoCAD and general office programs
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently
- Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus
