Key Responsibilities
- Develop and expand pediatric referral sources focused on Medicaid Code 95
- Build and maintain strong relationships with OPWDD-affiliated providers and community partners
- Travel locally to referral source locations to support outreach and relationship management
- Identify growth opportunities and support census development for pediatric cases
- Partner closely with clinical and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service continuity
Requirements
- Proven experience in business development or marketing within pediatric healthcare or home care
- Strong knowledge of Medicaid programs, specifically Code 95
- Established relationships with referral sources serving the OPWDD / Code 95 Medicaid population
- Ability to drive locally and travel to referral source locations as needed
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and strategic planning skills
- Bilingual (English/Spanish or other languages) is a plus
- Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven
