Clinical Director

We are looking for a motivated individual to fulfill our Clinical Director position. Competitive pay available. Flexible schedule, Full time. Must be on-site.

Responsibilities for this position include:

• Build positive relationships with clients, clinical staff and medical staff.
• Assist in the training and development of clinical staff.
• Provides for well managed facilities.
• Oversees general clinical operations.
• Adheres to the facility’s philosophy.
• Maintains an effective clinical organizational structure and delegate’s appropriate authority for completion of assigned responsibilities
• Provides for staff development (i.e. supervision, educational, etc.)
• Demonstrates knowledge of administrative and clinical policies and procedures, and the ability to communicate these clearly and accurately to staff.
• Review assessments and treatment plans and sign off on all clinical staff documents.
• Collaborates with the Director of Operations and Nursing Management.
• Meet with the clinical team, weekly for review of patient charts, supervision/oversight, and oversight of group coverage.
• Manage curriculum for program and ensure all patients are being cared for and provided, in a clinical manner.
• Perform all other job duties, as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Masters degree Required from an accredited University.
• AZ Board of Behavioral Health License required
• LPC Required
• Social Work, Nursing, or health-related field experience preferred
• Pass pre-employment drug screen
• Experience in Chemical Dependency required
