Restaurant Support Staff / Busser (Utility Team Member)
Roy’s Pub is looking for dependable, hardworking team members to join our Restaurant Support Staff. This position plays an important role in keeping the restaurant running smoothly by assisting servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff while helping maintain a clean, organized environment for our guests.
This is a team-focused role that includes bussing tables, assisting behind the bar, running food, dishwashing, and helping with general restaurant support tasks. Ideal candidates are reliable, energetic, and comfortable helping wherever needed during busy shifts.
Responsibilities
Bus and reset tables quickly and efficiently to maintain a clean dining area
Wash dishes and assist with kitchen cleanup during service
Run food from the kitchen to guests when needed
Assist bartenders as a bar back, including restocking beer, liquor, glassware, and bar supplies
Maintain cleanliness in dining, bar, and kitchen support areas
Restock items throughout the restaurant as needed
Changing propane tanks on outdoor heaters and lighting them
Change beer kegs, soda syrup, and co2 tanks for the draft systems
Assist with general utility tasks such as organizing storage areas, moving tables and chairs, and helping with event setup
Help maintain overall cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant
Event & Evening Duties
On certain nights when the restaurant hosts live music, events, or larger crowds, this role may also assist with:
Checking IDs at the entrance
Monitoring entry flow during events
Assisting staff with crowd support and maintaining an organized environment
Schedule Expectations
Evening and weekend availability is required
Bussing responsibilities typically run until approximately 9:00 PM
On select nights with events or live music, shifts may continue until midnight to assist with entry management, event support, and general restaurant operations

Compensation
Hourly wage
Eligible for tip share/tipped-out support pay in addition to hourly pay
