Full-Time | $15–$20/hr (Based on Experience)
We are seeking a reliable, hardworking individual to join our heavy metal and salvage operation. This position requires someone who is motivated, dependable, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced shop and yard environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist as a shop hand in daily operations
- Disassemble semi-trucks and heavy equipment
- Operate air tools efficiently and safely
- Perform general scrap yard cleanup and organization
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment
Qualifications:
- Mechanical aptitude required
- Experience using air tools
- Torch/cutting experience
(willing to train the right candidate)
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work outdoors year-round
- Self-motivated with strong work ethic
- Punctual and dependable
Compensation:
- $15–$20 per hour, depending on experience
