Utilization Review Coordinator: Full-Time position

Roxbury is currently recruiting a dedicated and detail-oriented clinician to work with our staff treatment teams in obtaining continuing care for our patients. Great work environment - Monday through Friday day shift on our acute psychiatric units.

This position qualifies for a $2,500 sign-on bonus for full-time!!

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintain ongoing direct contact with the attending practitioner, treatment coordinator, and various members of the team to provide support on the continuity of care and discharge planning.
• Ensure proper tracking of utilization reviews and initiates the denial process as necessary
• Aid in the coordination of transitions between levels of care
• Communicates and ensures proper documentation requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in social work, mental health, related health and human services or a Nursing degree is preferred.
• Licensure is preferred but not required as LPC, LSW, LCSW, RN, LPN or related licensure.
• A minimum of two (2) years direct clinical experience in a psychiatric or mental health setting is preferred.
