Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Construction Inspector located in Vienna, VA. The Construction Inspector will be responsible for conducting field inspections, managing quality control, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Day-to-day tasks include performing on-site evaluations, communicating findings, overseeing construction processes, and maintaining thorough documentation to support project requirements.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Site Inspections and general Inspection processes
- Experience in Quality Control and ensuring compliance with regulations
- Knowledge of Asphalt techniques and materials
- Familiarity with Construction Management processes and procedures
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and report writing skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to on-site conditions
- Experience in geotechnical or environmental testing is a plus
- Relevant certifications or licensures in construction inspection and quality assurance are preferred
