Product Operations Coordinator
Location: Hybrid (Remote 2 days/week in person)
Rockland County, NY
Rows is looking for a highly organized, proactive, and people-oriented Product Operations Coordinator to work directly with our Head of Product. This role is perfect for someone who loves keeping things running smoothly, enjoys working with customers and partners, and wants hands-on exposure to product development and operations in a fast-growing company.
You’ll be a central hub between customers, partners, and our internal product and engineering teams.
- Schedule and coordinate product demos and meetings
- Assist with onboarding new clients and ensuring a smooth handoff
- Follow up with partners, providers, and customers
- Track agreements, action items, and next steps
- Join product and customer calls, take notes, and follow up on outcomes
- Translate product discussions into clear tickets and tasks for engineers
- Support day-to-day product operations for the Head of Product
- Help keep product processes organized, documented, and moving forward
- Extremely organized with strong attention to detail
- Eager, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong customer support / customer-facing instincts
- Comfortable juggling multiple priorities and follow-ups
- Tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools (CRM, ticketing systems, calendars, etc.)
- Experience in operations, admin support, customer success, or project coordination is a plus
- Work directly with senior leadership and the product team
- Get exposure to product strategy, customer experience, and engineering workflows
