Responsibilities:
- Set up air press, bench top tooling and other secondary equipment
- Ability to read blueprints and measure parts with gages, calipers, optical comparator
- Adjust and maintain secondary tooling for both flat stock and wire forms
- Train production associates in proper operation of of secondary presses.
- Measure completed components to conformance of part print
- Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of set-up experience in a manufacturing environment
- Secondary air press experience
- Able to read blueprints
- Able to use basic inspection gauges such as calipers, load testers, micrometers, and comparators
- Team player and able to learn and think quickly
