Job Overview
Construction Laborer - Assist in a variety of construction activities, supporting skilled tradespeople and ensuring that each phase of the project progresses smoothly. Hands on experience for those eager to develop their skills in construction.
Duties
- Assist with concrete mixing, pouring, finishing, and cutting to ensure high-quality concrete work.
- Support framing, formwork construction, rebar installation, and metal stud framing to build strong structural elements.
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently on various tasks including masonry, plastering, caulking, and roofing.
- Maintain safety protocols by adhering to construction workplace safety regulations and ensuring a hazard-free environment.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of construction workplace safety regulations and safety protocol adherence.
- Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and work in various weather conditions for extended periods.
- Prior experience in masonry, roofing, framing carpentry, or renovation projects is highly desirable.
- Excellent teamwork skills.
Pay: $16.00 - $25.00 per hour
