Requirements / Qualifications

RUSD is seeking dynamic educators who exhibit: • Experience in conducting psycho-educational assessments and diagnosing learning and behavior disabilities • Knowledge of the development and implementation of classroom strategies and procedures to assist student learning • Effective data gathering methods and therapy techniques • Strong pedagogical skills • Breadth of experience in educational technology • Instruction with a 21st century perspective Rowland Unified serves a diverse, multilingual student community. Bilingual applicants are encouraged to apply.
RUSD requires applicants to have a valid California Credential in School Psychology. Please submit the following: • Letter of Introduction • Resume • Credential Copy (valid California Credential in School Psychology or status letter showing issuance date by 8/1/26) • Three letters of recommendation (preferably within the last year and from at least one direct supervisor) • Transcripts (Copies of all college coursework credits) All required documents must be attached as part of your EDJOIN application. We do not accept any faxed, emailed, or mailed documents. The District provides an excellent benefits package including Employee and Dependent Health, Dental, and Vision coverage.
