RUSD is seeking dynamic educators who exhibit the following: • Knowledge of modern teaching methods and techniques for students with IEPs • Ability to assess individual needs, establish appropriate goals, and design and implement a program for each student • Strong pedagogical skills • Breadth of experience in educational technology • Instruction with a 21st-century perspective Rowland Unified serves a diverse, multilingual student community. Bilingual applicants are encouraged to apply. Applicants must have the TK/K Bridge authorization, the new PK-3 Early Childhood Special Education Instruction Credential, or an ECSE credential with the added TK/K authorization.
RUSD requires applicants to have a valid California Early Childhood Special Education Credential. Applicants must hold a CLAD or similar authorization for instruction to English Learners. Please submit the following: • Letter of Introduction • Resume • Credential Copy (valid California TK/K Bridge authorization, the new PK-3 Early Childhood Special Education Instruction Credential, or an ECSE credential with the added TK/K authorization) • Credential Status letter from a College/University Credential Analyst stating you will be issued a valid California ECSE credential by 8/1/26 will be accepted. • Three letters of recommendation (preferably within the last year and from at least one direct supervisor) • Transcripts (Copies of all college coursework credits) • CLAD/BCLAD or similar English Learner authorization All required documents must be attached as part of your EDJOIN application. We do not accept any faxed, emailed, or mailed documents. The District provides an excellent benefits package including Employee and Dependent Health, Dental, and Vision coverage.
