- Competitive hourly plus commission ranging from $55,000 to $85,000 per year

THE INS AND OUTS OF THIS ROLE
Schedule:
You'll enjoy a full-time schedule with an 8-hour shift every Monday through Friday, providing you with a consistent and reliable work routine
Day-to-Day:
Imagine a day where you convert pre-qualified leads into satisfied customers and turn existing clients into repeat business. As our Inside Sales Representative, your responsibilities include answering and managing inbound/outbound sales calls, engaging customers in meaningful conversations, and achieving conversion goals. Your vital role involves selling residential pest control services aligned with our standard operating procedures. Join us on this exciting journey and make a significant impact on our clients' lives
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Inside sales experience
- Ability to type at a minimum of 40 words per minute
- Ability to calculate basic math
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong customer service skills
Being bilingual in English/Spanish is preferred but not required
