Rowell’s Services was founded in 1983 by the Rowell’s Family. It remains a family-owned and operated business committed to providing excellent, efficient, drain cleaning needs in New Hampshire and excelling in the Home Service Industry.

Who We're Looking For

Are you a Dispatcher who wants to work for a thriving company where you can grow, be recognized and be rewarded for your work?

Rowell’s Services is looking for a Dispatcher who:

• Has knowledge/experience with HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Septic or Drain
• Can work flexible/rotational hours between 7am and 6pm
• Can prioritize scheduled calls with ease
• Can connect the correct service expert with the appropriate call
• Minimizes travel time between customer and Rowell's expert as much as possible
• Has excellent communication skills
• Is detail oriented
• Is computer savvy/tech literate
• Is willing to learn, is resourceful and is able to work with little supervision
• Is self motivated and willing to work as part of a team
• Previous Service Titan knowledge and training is a BONUS!
