Who We're Looking For
Are you a Customer Service Representative who wants to work for a thriving company where you can grow, be recognized and be rewarded for your work?
Rowell’s Services is looking for a Customer Service Specialist who:
- Full-time, part-time or seasonal employment
- Can work flexible/rotating Saturdays from 9am to 1pm
- Can provide superior customer service
- Will answer inbound calls with confidence
- Contributes positively to an upbeat work environment
- Can communicate efficiently and effectively
- Is computer literate/tech savvy
- Can adapt to changes in priority quickly and is able to multitask well
- Is able to work with little or no supervision
- Is organized and can think two steps ahead
- Has a willingness to learn and is a team player!
- Previous Service Titan training/knowledge is a BONUS!
