About the Role
As a Personal Injury Paralegal, you will play a key role in efficiently managing personal injury case files and facilitating the flow of information between clients, providers, and attorneys. This position is best suited for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, organized environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Process case files, ensuring timely and accurate management of personal injury matters
- Obtain medical bills, records, and other relevant documentation from providers
- Handle case intake duties, including gathering initial client information and setting up new files
- Organize, track, and update documentation for each case
- Maintain communication with clients, providers, and insurers to secure needed information
- Prepare summaries of bills and records for attorney reviewSupport attorneys with administrative tasks focused on file processing and case management
Qualifications
- 2 years experience as a personal injury paralegal or in a similar legal role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal case management software
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Spanish proficiency is a plus
