Clinical Oversight & Case Management
- Maintain an active caseload of clinic- or school-based clients, ensuring timely and responsive service delivery.
- Conduct initial and ongoing Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and skills assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS).
- Develop and regularly update individualized treatment plans, behavior support plans, and goal programs.
- Design and implement customized data tracking sheets for both skill acquisition and behavior reduction goals.
- Monitor treatment integrity and fidelity of behavior plans across all staff involved in the client’s care.
- Conduct regular home visits as needed or requested by the family to support skill generalization and caregiver training.
Supervision & Training
- Train and model behavior intervention techniques for clinic, school, and support staff, ensuring they are confident and competent in implementing treatment plans and collecting data.
- Oversee and provide supervision to RBTs, BHTs, and Assistant Behavior Consultants.
- Lead family training sessions for each client on your caseload; create custom family resources and materials to promote generalization of skills into the home environment.
- Attend and contribute to client-based team meetings (e.g., IEP meetings, written order appointments) as needed.
Administrative & Compliance
- Ensure all clinical documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner, including treatment plans, session notes, progress reports, and insurance-related paperwork.
- Manage and maintain insurance authorizations, including initial submissions and reauthorizations.
- Ensure all service entries (both administrative and direct) are accurately logged to support billing and reimbursement.
- Establish and monitor discharge criteria and prepare discharge plans when appropriate.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Active certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS) in the state of Pennsylvania
- Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in ABA, with preferred experience in both clinic and school-based settings
- Strong skills in assessment, clinical programming, staff training, and team collaboration
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for home and community visits
