Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and oversee behavior intervention plans tailored to each client’s unique needs, focusing on individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities.
- Conduct detailed behavioral assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and intake procedures to determine appropriate treatment strategies.
- Collect, analyze, and document data meticulously to monitor client progress and adjust interventions as needed.
- Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, educators, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure consistent application of therapeutic techniques.
- Provide training and supervision to behavior technicians and support staff on ABA principles, data collection methods, and ethical practices.
- Maintain accurate medical records, treatment documentation, and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations for client confidentiality.
- Participate in ongoing professional development activities related to behavioral health, special education, medical terminology, and diagnostic evaluation.
Requirements
- Valid certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) issued by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
- Proven experience working with children or individuals with disabilities in behavioral therapy or applied behavior analysis settings.
- Strong knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques, data collection methods, and patient assessment procedures.
- Familiarity with medical documentation standards, medical terminology, and electronic health records systems.
- Ability to conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations and intake assessments for clients with autism spectrum disorder or other developmental conditions.
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with families, team members, and community partners.
