We are looking for a detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to join our Payroll Team!

The successful candidate will process payrolls daily for a wide variety of clients, differing in size and complexity. This role not only offers the opportunity to manage payroll for a diverse client base but also builds deep subject matter expertise and plays a key role in client satisfaction and retention.

What you will be doing:
- Process end-to-end payroll for multiple clients
- Collect and validate payroll data (email, timekeeping systems, Excel imports)
- Manage employee updates (pay rates, tax changes, locations, etc.)
- Balance and audit payroll for accuracy
- Send reports to clients and obtain approvals
- Generate ACH files and coordinate check distribution
- Administer PTO accruals and perform regular audits
- Handle garnishments, tax levies, and related correspondence
- Support unemployment claims and employment verifications
- Assist clients with PrismHR and system navigation
What you will need to be successful:
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in Excel
- Work well under pressure & tight deadlines
- Payroll Experience
- VERY reliable
- Service-oriented mindset
- Tech savvy
- Process improvement mindset
- Knowledge of PTO accruals and PTO audits

Salary : $40,000 - $60,000
