We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Printing Technician to join our team.

The Printing Technician will play an integral role in managing and executing printing tasks for labels and batches, ensuring they meet quality standards and are completed on time for multiple states. The ideal candidate will have experience with printing technologies, label creation, and inventory management, and will be responsible for maintaining our printing equipment and supplies in optimal working condition.
The position is not limited to the duties listed below and the employee will often be asked to perform other related duties as requested or assigned.

Responsibilities:

• Label Creation & Upload:

o Create and upload batches to the LUCID Source platform for multiple states.
o Print entire batches from the LUCID Source platform, ensuring accuracy in the process for
each state.

• Label Request Management:

o Accept and process label requests for shipping to multiple states, ensuring timely and
accurate delivery.
o Complete and maintain Label Verification sheet logs.

• Template Editing & Creation:

o Edit and create label templates using the Bartender program to meet compliance and brand
standards.

• Record Keeping & Documentation:

o Maintain accurate and organized records for label requests, shipments,, and Lab Verification
sheets.
o Assist in upkeeping and maintaining batch records to ensure proper documentation and
compliance.

• Printer Maintenance & Upkeep:

o Ensure all printing equipment is properly maintained, troubleshooting issues as needed and
keeping printers in good working condition.
o Regularly clean and inspect printing equipment to prevent breakdowns and ensure smooth
operation.

• Supply Management:

o Order necessary supplies, including ink and labels, to keep inventory stocked and ensure
uninterrupted printing operations.
o Maintain an up-to-date inventory of all printing supplies and ensure timely reordering of
supplies.

• Collaboration & Support:

o Work closely with other departments, including Packaging & Fulfillment, to ensure all labels
meet regulatory requirements.
o Assist in troubleshooting and resolving any printing or batch-related issues.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in printing technology, label creation, or related field is preferred.
• Proficient in using Bartender program and LUCID Source platform.
• Experience with inventory management and supply ordering is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot printing equipment issues.
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain a clean and efficient workspace.
• BarTender Software experience required.
• Experience with Zebra printers or other industrial thermal printers required.
• Experience with LucidID preferred, not required.
• Cannabis industry experience, specifically with compliance, required.
