- Follow up post-service to ensure customer satisfaction
- Meet performance goals and maintain accurate records
What We’re Looking For:
- Prior BDC or dealership experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Tech-savvy and detail-oriented
- Positive attitude and team player
- Comfortable working with diverse customer groups
- Bilingual (Spanish/ English preferred)
