Experienced Lube Technician / B-Tech
Job Summary
We are seeking an Experienced Lube Technician / B-Level Technician to join our busy and growing service department. This position is ideal for a technician with at least 2 years of experience who is confident performing maintenance services and basic repairs, and who is ready to continue developing toward an A-Tech role. ASE certification is preferred, and candidates must have their own tools.

Responsibilities
- Perform oil and filter changes to manufacturer specifications
- Conduct multi-point inspections and identify needed maintenance or repairs
- Inspect, top off, and replace fluids as required
- Check and adjust tire pressure; rotate tires as needed
- Perform basic mechanical repairs and maintenance services
- Test-drive vehicles to verify proper operation
- Communicate findings clearly with service advisors and team members
- Maintain efficiency, accuracy, and a clean, safe work environment
- Use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment safely and effectively
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a lube technician or B-level technician
- Must have own tools
- Strong understanding of automotive maintenance and basic repair procedures
- Ability to operate electronic diagnostic and inspection equipment
- ASE Certification (preferred)
- Willingness to learn new technology, systems, and manufacturer procedures
- High School Diploma or GED (required)
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
