Dispatch planning focuses on keeping drivers moving efficiently while maintaining clear expectations with consistent communication from dispatch throughout the week. Compensation and Work Details:$1,400 to $1,600 per week running 2,500-2,600 miles85-90% drop and hook freight to keep you moving1 day home for every 7 out (and your home time doesn't start until the next day)Kenworth T680 automatics with Smart Idle, 1500w inverter, bunk heater, and double bunksNo runs into NYC or New JerseyDrivers typically run 7-9 days, followed by a full 24 hour reset that begins the day after arriving home.Equipment includes late-model Kenworth T680 trucks. Every truck comes standard with a bunk heater, Smart Idle system, and brand-new mattresses.Need to take your break somewhere other than home? No problem.
