- Your Choice: $0.70 CPM OR 30% of the load (based on experience).
- High Miles: Consistent average of 3,000 miles per week.
- Weekly Pay: Every Monday via Direct Deposit.
- Tarp Pay: $50 per load (for mileage-based pay).
- Safety Bonuses: Extra pay for clean DOT inspections.
- Home Time: 10 days out / 3 days home (Flexible—stay out longer to maximize earnings!).
- Well-maintained fleet (5-10 years old).
- Governed at 70 MPH (Cruise) / 68 MPH (Pedal).
- Equipped with EZ-Pass, Pre-Pass, and Comdata Fuel Cards.
- Trucks assigned to drivers.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years OTR in the last 3 years (1 year Flatbed experience preferred).
- Age: At least 25 years old.
- Safety Record: No more than 3 moving violations in 3 years; max 1 DOT recordable accident.
- Drug Testing: Must pass both Urine & Hair Follicle tests.
- Employment: No more than 4 jobs in the last 3 years.
- We pay for your flight to orientation OR reimburse your rental car cost if you prefer to drive.
- Lodging provided during the 2-day orientation.
