As a Senior Printed Circuit Board Design Engineer, you’ll take ownership of complex electronic hardware — leading design, testing, and delivery from concept to production. This is a hands-on, technically challenging role where your work will have real-world impact in defence and aerospace applications.
What You’ll Do as the Senior Printed Circuit Board Design Engineer
- Lead hardware design from concept through validation and release.
- Own schematic design, component selection, PCB layout, and reviews.
- Build, test, and debug prototypes — driving root cause analysis and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with systems, software, and manufacturing teams to ensure integration and performance.
- Develop verification and validation plans aligned with aerospace/defense standards.
- Mentor junior engineers and champion best design practices.
As a Senior Printed Circuit Board Design Engineer You’ll Bring :
- Degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering (M.S. preferred).
- 8-10 years in aerospace, defense, or other high-reliability environments.
- Expertise in digital and mixed-signal design, verification, and qualification.
- Experience with microcontrollers, ARM-based processors, and interfaces (I²C, SPI, PCIe, Ethernet, serial).
- Skilled in Altium, Cadence, or Allegro.
- Strong debugging and analytical skills with oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, etc.
- Excellent communication and leadership ability.
