PART I: SUMMARY OF POSITION
This assignment performs the full range of basic tasks in the cleaning and maintenance of District buildings. Substitute custodians will be placed on an on-call list. When substitute custodians are called, they will be told which building to report to, who to report to, and what time to report.

- EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Experience as a school custodian or equivalent custodial service preferred
- CREDENTIALS:
- Certificate of good health by a licensed physician
- Physically able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
- KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Willingness to cooperate in a positive and friendly manner with staff, students, and members of the public
- Proven ability to communicate with members of the leadership team
