Round Hill Search is partnering with a well-respected Sacramento law firm to identify an experienced Senior Litigation Paralegal with 5 years of litigation background. This is an excellent opportunity for a paralegal who thrives in a discovery-heavy practice, enjoys trial preparation, and values working in a collaborative, collegial environment. In this role, you will work closely with attorneys and clients across all phases of litigation, taking ownership of key case management responsibilities. Key Responsibilities:
- Review, organize, and analyze legal documents and case materials
- Conduct legal research and prepare supporting documentation
- Manage substantial discovery, including document review and production
- Assist with depositions, exhibit preparation, and trial presentation
- Draft correspondence and basic pleadings
- Support attorneys with case management and litigation planning
Qualifications:
- 5 years of litigation experience in a law firm environment
- Background in labor and employment law is a plus
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe Pro, and document management software
- Familiarity with eDiscovery platforms and TrialDirector is a plus
- Completion of an ABA-approved paralegal program
- Must meet the requirements of California Business & Professions Code § 6450
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Strong critical thinking skills

Salary: $85,000 - $95,000 commensurate with your experience and qualifications
