Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Master Grill Professional who is exceptionally fast, efficient, and highly aware of everything happening on the line and throughout the restaurant. This is a key role designed for a true professional who wants to grow into future shift leadership responsibilities.
The most important aspect of this position is elite speed and efficiency on the grill. The right candidate can execute at a high level under intense volume while maintaining quality, organization, and control of ticket flow. This individual will also develop leadership skills to support shift operations, prep management, line flow, key holding, and customer service.
This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for someone reliable, punctual, and respected—someone who naturally leads by example and is seeking a long-term leadership opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
- Master Grill Execution
- Execute grill station at an extremely fast and efficient level
- Maintain consistency, quality, and cleanliness during peak volume
- Control timing and pacing to support the entire line
- Restaurant & Line Awareness
- Maintain full awareness of all stations and overall service flow
- Anticipate problems and step in proactively
- Communicate clearly and effectively during service
- Leadership & Management Development
- Grow into future shift leadership and management responsibilities
- Assist with managing prep, line execution, and shift flow
- Act as a key holder when needed
- Support customer service and help resolve guest concerns professionally
- Cross-Training & Team Support
- Learn and master all stations
- Jump in wherever needed to keep service smooth and efficient
- Set the standard for professionalism, speed, and accountability

Qualifications
- 3 years of restaurant leadership and grill experience
- Proven success in an extremely fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Exceptional speed, efficiency, and multitasking ability
- Natural leadership presence with strong communication skills
- Extremely reliable, punctual, and professional
- Excellent references required
- Desire to grow into shift leadership and management
