Position Summary
Our Servers and Bartenders are key to delivering an exceptional guest experience. Your main goal is to ensure every guest has such a great time that they can’t wait to come back. This role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service
- Share menu specials, updates, and make recommendations
- Answer questions about food, beverages, and restaurant offerings
- Take accurate food and drink orders and enter them into the POS system
- Deliver food and beverages promptly and efficiently
- Maintain clean and organized service areas
- Monitor guest satisfaction and respond quickly to any needs
- Process payments accurately (cash and card transactions)
- Assist teammates as needed, including bussing and resetting tables
- Complete opening and closing side work
- Thank guests and encourage repeat visits
- Be flexible and step in where needed to support operations
Bartender Responsibilities (Additional)
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Maintain knowledge of beer, wine, and liquor offerings
- Assist with stocking and lifting kegs (up to 60 lbs)
- Help maintain bar cleanliness and organization
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Basic knowledge of restaurant service procedures
- Ability to handle money and operate a POS system
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to carry trays weighing 20–25 lbs
- Maintain good hygiene and professional appearance
Requirements:
- Servers: Must be 19 years old
- Bartenders: Must be 21 years old
- Bartenders must have experience with beer, liquor, and wine
Preferred Experience:
- Serving: 1 year preferred
- Bartending: 1 year required
- Restaurant experience: 1 year preferred
Leadership Opportunity (FOH Manager Track)
Candidates with both serving and bartending experience may be considered for a Front of House (FOH) leadership role. Responsibilities include:
- Assisting with scheduling
- Supporting inventory and liquor orders
- Mastering POS system operations
- Assisting the General Manager with daily operations
