We’re looking for a driven Water Restoration Field Supervisor to meet homeowners and commercial clients, assess water restoration and plumbing needs, and close jobs on the spot.
What You’ll Do:
- Assess water restoration and plumbing issues and present repair/replacement options
- Build trust and educate customers on solutions
- Close sales and secure signed work agreements
- Work closely with our service and install teams
- Follow up on estimates and pending jobs
- Manage Xactimate from beginning to end on each job
- Manage and train staff

Who You Are:
