We're looking for a dependable Water Mitigation Technician to respond to residential and commercial water damage emergencies. You'll work alongside an experienced team to mitigate water damage, protect customers' property, and restore homes and businesses after unexpected losses.

What You'll Do
Respond to residential and commercial water damage emergencies
Extract standing water using specialized equipment
Set up and monitor drying equipment, including air movers and dehumidifiers
Remove damaged building materials when necessary
Perform demolition and cleanup while protecting unaffected areas of the property
Document job progress with photos, moisture readings, and daily reports
Monitor drying progress and adjust equipment as needed
Communicate professionally with homeowners, property managers, and office staff
Maintain company vehicles, equipment, and job sites in a clean and organized manner
Follow all company safety procedures, IICRC standards, and industry best practices
What We're Looking For
We're looking for dependable individuals who enjoy physical work, solving problems, and helping customers during stressful situations.
Qualified candidates should have:
Previous experience in water mitigation, restoration, construction, demolition, plumbing, HVAC, or another skilled trade is preferred but not required
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Mechanical aptitude and comfort using tools and equipment
Ability to lift heavy equipment and perform physical labor throughout the day
Ability to work in a variety of indoor and outdoor environments
Strong communication and customer service skills
Positive attitude and team-first mindset
Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
IICRC Water Restoration Technician (WRT) certification is a plus but not required.
