Roto-Rooter Plumbing and Water Clean Up is hiring for Water Mitigation Sales in Cape Girardeau.

In this position, you'll work directly with homeowners and customers to understand their mitigation needs, prepare estimates, follow up on opportunities, and help customers move forward with restoration services.

Your Role

You'll meet with potential customers, assess their water mitigation needs, and help them understand the services available to address their property damage.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Meet with homeowners and customers to discuss water damage and mitigation needs
• Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate services
• Prepare and present estimates
• Explain mitigation and restoration options clearly
• Follow up with leads and prospective customers
• Build strong relationships and maintain consistent communication
• Help convert opportunities into approved mitigation projects
• Coordinate with field technicians once projects move forward
• Communicate project information with office and field teams
• Maintain organized records of customer conversations and sales activity
• Provide professional service throughout the customer experience
• Work toward individual and company sales goals

What We're Looking For

• Previous sales experience preferred
• In-home sales experience is a strong advantage
• Water mitigation, restoration, plumbing, construction, or related industry experience is helpful
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
• Comfortable discussing services, estimates, and recommendations with customers
• Motivated by achieving goals and performance results
• Strong follow-up abilities
• Organized and dependable
• Customer-focused approach
• Ability to work effectively with field technicians and office personnel
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
