Roto-Rooter Plumbers of Jackson, TN is on the lookout for a Full-Time Plumber Service Technician to serve the Jackson Tennessee area. In this role, you’ll diagnose, repair, and install plumbing and septic systems while being the hero our customers rely on during their toughest moments. We’re looking for someone who can respond promptly to emergencies with professionalism, precision, and a positive attitude.

What We’re Looking For:
- 2 years of plumbing experience
- A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test
- Comfort with physical work (lifting up to 50 lbs, working in tight spaces or at heights)
- Basic iPad/software skills
- Strong communication skills with both customers and team members

Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, repair, and install plumbing and septic systems for residential and commercial clients
- Respond to emergency service calls promptly and professionally
- Provide excellent customer service by explaining issues, solutions, and preventive measures
- Complete jobs accurately and efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards
- Maintain and manage tools, equipment, and the company vehicle to ensure they are clean, organized, and fully stocked
- Keep detailed records of work performed using an iPad or similar software
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion and customer satisfaction
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies
