What You'll Do

As a Drain Cleaning and Sewer Technician, you'll help customers resolve drainage issues while developing your expertise in residential and commercial plumbing systems.

Responsibilities include:

• Inspect residential and commercial drain and sewer lines to identify problems

• Clear clogged drains using professional drain cleaning equipment

• Operate drain snakes, sewer cameras, hydro jetting equipment, and other specialized tools as trained

• Explain findings and recommended solutions to customers in a professional manner

• Complete drain maintenance, cleaning, and minor repairs

• Accurately document completed work and service recommendations

• Maintain company equipment and vehicles

• Deliver exceptional customer service on every job

• Continue building your plumbing and drainage knowledge through field training and ongoing education

What We're Looking For

Qualified candidates should have:

• Valid driver's license

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

• Mechanical aptitude and comfort using hand and power tools

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Ability to perform physical work, including lifting, bending, and working in a variety of indoor and outdoor environments

Experience in drain cleaning, plumbing, construction, maintenance, landscaping, automotive repair, utilities, mechanical trades, or other hands-on industries is helpful but not required.
