Responsibilities:
- Take charge of or assist with water extraction, drying, and cleanup services in residential and commercial properties.
- Help customers restore their homes or businesses with efficiency, professionalism, and care.
- Collaborate with your team to return properties to pre-loss condition.
- Ensure proper documentation and follow established restoration protocols.

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; ability to operate company vehicles safely.

3 years of hands-on experience in water, fire, mold, or smoke restoration, including directing job-site tasks.

Proven ability to lead crews, assign responsibilities, and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to industry standards.

Strong knowledge of restoration equipment, moisture meters, drying techniques, demolition practices, and containment setup.

IICRC certifications (WRT, ASD, FSRT, AMRT) preferred or equivalent field experience.

Ability to communicate professionally with customers, insurance adjusters, and team members while documenting jobs accurately.
